When can I start receiving job requests?

Typically, within a week of registering. We’ll reach out in a few days to walk you through the process and answer any questions. After that, you’ll send us a copy of your ID (passport or driver’s license) and share your work experience so we can match you with the right jobs.

How does Trusted Local Painters work?

Once a client submits a job request:

  1. We speak with them directly to confirm the project scope and give them a price quote.
  2. Then we match the job with the most suitable local painter — if that’s you, we’ll give you a call!
  3. During the call, we’ll share all the details: job scope, pricing, and start date.
  4. If you accept, we send you a simple one-page order form to take with you. This form includes:
    • Agreed-upon price (signed by you and the client)
    • Completion confirmation (signed after the job is done)

Once the job is complete, just email us a photo of the signed form — we’ll handle the rest, including invoicing and collecting payment from the client.

How and when do I get paid?

We process payments every second Wednesday (bi-weekly). You’ll receive a single payment for all jobs completed during the previous two weeks, straight to your bank account. Note: the cost of materials is handled directly between you and the client.

Are there any fees?

No membership fees. No hidden charges.

We only deduct a service fee after you complete a job — and it’s based only on your labor, not materials. You’ll never owe us money upfront.

Can I set my own prices?

We provide a job price estimate based on the client’s details using our online calculator.
