- 50 inbound job leads per month
- Around 25 on-site estimates scheduled (50% booking rate)
- 12–14 confirmed sales (48–56% conversion from estimates) Average commission per job: $550–$800
That means your estimated monthly earnings are between $6,600 and $11,200+.
And if you’re a top performer? Expect to earn $13,500 or more per month!

Our Commission Structure
Am I Qualified to Become a Territorial Sales Representative?
This opportunity is a great fit for individuals with 2 or more years of sales experience, especially in flooring, home remodeling, or skilled trades.
No sales experience? That’s okay — if you’re highly motivated, quick to learn, and determined to succeed, we’d love to hear from you.
Applicants with a business mindset or hands-on experience in floor refinishing or sanding are also encouraged to apply, as these skills make you a strong candidate for the role.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in in-home or outside sales
- Background in flooring, refinishing, siding, windows, roofing, or similar skilled trade sales
- A proven closer with strong relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
